Heating Instructions
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel and heat on high for about 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
- Steam: Add about 1/2" water to pot and heat until steam forms. Reduce heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat for 2 minutes or until warm. Do not submerge in water.
- BBQ Pit: Roll link in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill until outer casing is crisp.
- Oven or skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
