Boil and soak guidance
- Each 16 oz jar seasons: 12 lbs crawfish, 12 lbs shrimp, or 1 dozen large crabs; seasons 1 3/4 gallons of water.
- Bring water to a rolling boil, add Complete Boil and seafood, cover and return to boil.
Times
- Boil: Crawfish 5–7 minutes, Shrimp 2–5 minutes, Crabs 10–12 minutes.
- Soak: Crawfish 15–30 minutes, Shrimp 5–10 minutes, Crabs 15–30 minutes. Note: longer soak increases flavor intensity.
