Usage & Yield
- Box contains 2 – 3 oz bags.
- Each 3 oz. bag boils: 5 lbs. of Crawfish • 6 Medium Crabs • 5 lbs. of Shrimp.
Boil Preparation & Timing
- Fill pot with desired amount of water. Recommended salt usage is 1/2 cup per gallon. A salt substitute may be used.
- Boiling Time — Shrimp: 2-5 minutes; Crawfish: 5-7 minutes; Crabs: 8-12 minutes.
- Soak Time after boiling — Shrimp: 5-10 minutes; Crawfish: 15-30 minutes; Crabs: 15-30 minutes.
Professional Tip: For extra flavor, add Cajun Land Liquid Boil & Cayenne Pepper while cooking.
