Four (4) whole frozen, cooked, steamed Louisiana Blue Crabs packaged for convenience. These are all JUMBO EXTRA LARGE male crabs measuring 6-3/4 to 7-1/2 inches across the top shell, graded by the Old Time Maryland scale. The crabs are steamed and ready to reheat; thaw before reheating to retain quality.

- Storage: Ship/frozen with dry ice; keep frozen until use
- Thawing: Must thaw in fridge or cool water bath before reheating
Reheating Instructions
Prepare a 10–20 qt pot, fill 3/4 with water and seasoning, bring to a full boil. Add crabs, reduce to a low simmer (165–180°F) and cook 20 minutes. Remove and check internal temperature — crabs should be above 165°F. If not, return to pot and heat an additional 5–10 minutes until 165°F or above.
