Jumbo crawfish are available for Friday shipping with Saturday delivery only. Live crawfish cannot be shipped to HI, WA, MI, IL, WI, PA, MN, ID, or UT. Oregon requires a permit; Minnesota permits limit non‑residential delivery. Colorado is currently authorized.
Handling & Cooking
- Store immediately: hose down the sack and place in a cooler with a sealed bag of ice; keep the drain hole open. Never submerge live crawfish in standing water.
- Rinse and purge: rinse until water runs mostly clear; an 8–10 minute short saltwater soak is optional before boiling.
- Boil and soak: once water returns to a rolling boil, cook about 5 minutes; turn off heat and soak 15–25 minutes for spice absorption.
- Deadloss policy: industry‑standard deadloss applies; video proof required for claims.
