Our premium, gourmet Maryland style crab cakes are made by hand from our finest Louisiana Jumbo Lump crabmeat. Seasoned to perfection, our crab cakes are 90% Louisiana crabmeat with just enough ingredients to bind them together. Each crab cake is individually wrapped and frozen. Simply thaw and then broil, bake or fry.
Cooking Instructions:
Sauté—Sauté the crab cakes in a light oil (or butter) for approximately 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Broil—To broil them, place the crab cakes on a cookie sheet and broil for approximately 12 minutes, turning halfway, or until golden brown.
Bake—To bake them, place them on an oiled cookie sheet and bake in a 400º oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
