Heating Methods
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel and heat on high for about one minute or until desired temperature.
- Steam: Add about a half inch of water to pot, bring to steam, lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat 2 minutes or until warm; do not submerge in water.
- BBQ Pit/Grill: Roll link in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill and cook until outer casing is crisp.
- Oven or Skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
