Basic Use
For a standard boil, use 16 oz. Liquid Boil with 3 gallons of water and 20 oz. salt. Add seafood such as 24 lbs. crawfish, 24 lbs. shrimp, or 24 crabs. Bring to a rolling boil, add seafood, liquid crab boil, and salt (a salt substitute may be used). Stir gently, cover, and return to a boil. Occasionally stir until cooked, then remove from heat and soak.
Cooking and Soak Times
- Shrimp: boil 2–5 minutes; soak 5–10 minutes.
- Crawfish: boil 5–7 minutes; soak 15–30 minutes.
- Crabs: boil 10–12 minutes; soak 15–30 minutes.
Ingredients: Water, Polysorbate 80, Propylene Glycol, Spice Extractives (Capsicum, Clove, Pimento, and Bay), Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Natural Lemon Flavor, and Artificial Color.
