Cooking Instructions
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel. Heat for one minute on high or until desired temperature is reached.
- Steam: Add about 1/2 inch water to pot and heat until steam forms. Lower temperature, place boudin in pot, cover and heat for about 2 minutes or until warm. Do not submerge in water.
- BBQ Pit: Roll link in foil and heat on pit or place directly on grill and cook until the outer casing is crisp.
- Oven or Skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
Always ensure product reaches at least 160°F prior to serving.
