Prepared whole boiled crawfish, 5 lb packed without seasoning. This product is a wholeboiled product shipped with dry ice. Reheat by boiling or steaming:
Boil method:
- Add crawfish boil seasoning to your pot.
- Fill a stock pot with enough water to cover the crawfish and bring to a rolling boil.
- Place crawfish in boiling water and turn off the heat.
- Heat for 2–3 minutes, then remove crawfish from the pot.
- Place crawfish in an ice chest to keep warm and sprinkle with extra seasoning to taste.
- Fill a stock pot with one inch of water and bring to a strong steam.
- Place crawfish in the pot and steam 2–3 minutes to reheat.
- Sprinkle with extra seasoning to taste.
