Ahhhh GOOD STUFF!! I lived in LA 26 years and after moving out of state could not find this item anywhere. I have ordered it from Cajun Grocer for years and just love their company. They are very knowledgeabale and efficient! This stuff is as close to homeade as it gets and the only brand/product I will ever use for my jambalaya.
