The blend combines one of the world’s hottest peppers with distilled vinegar, salt, dehydrated carrots, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic and xanthan gum to control—but not tame—the habanero’s unique flavor. Habanero peppers used here are popular in southern Mexico and have a heat rating significantly higher than jalapeños.
