• Two turduckens, each approximately 15 lbs
• Boned out leg and thigh; wing bones left for appearance
• High percentage of duck meat with whole breasts
• Grade A USDA product
• Contains wheat, milk and soy

Thawing & Cooking

Thaw thoroughly before cooking. Refrigerate 48–72 hours or use a cold water bath 8–10 hours in a sealed bag. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place breast side up on a rack in a greased roasting pan, tent loosely with foil. Bake covered 2 hours, then uncovered 1½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 45 minutes before serving. For slicing, allow an extra 20–30 minutes resting time, remove netting, slice from wing to wing into ½”–¾” slices.
