The stuffing is prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients without preservatives and hand-mixed to protect texture. Product is vacuum sealed and flash frozen.

Handling & Preparation
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Slowly defrost in the refrigerator for 3 days before roasting. Cooking: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until skin is golden brown, basting with butter occasionally. Allow to rest 45 minutes to 1 hour before transferring and carving. Follow full thawing and roasting directions provided with the product.
