Dirty Rice & Preparation
Dirty Rice: ground pork, onions, celery, bell pepper and La Boucherie’s homemade roux are slowly cooked and smothered for several hours, seasoned, combined with natural long grain white rice and mixed by hand. Keep product frozen until ready to use. Slowly defrost in the refrigerator for 3 days before roasting. Follow the included roasting directions prior to serving.
