Louisiana Fish Fry Shrimp Fry (Seasoned) is a dry fry mix made from wheat flour, corn flour, salt and other spices. Use it as a batter or coating for shrimp, fish, oysters, meat or vegetables.
Preparation
- Mix 5 tablespoons of Louisiana Shrimp Fry with 1/2 cup water.
- Dip shrimp in batter, then roll in dry Shrimp Fry.
- Deep fry at 375°F until golden brown.
- Remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Packaged as a 10 oz unit and sold as a case (Pack of 12).
