Allergen & storage
Contains wheat, milk and soy. Keep product frozen until ready to use.
Thawing
- Refrigerator thaw: remove from box and thaw 48–72 hours.
- Cold water bath: place turducken in a large bag and submerge 8–10 hours.
Cooking
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place thawed turducken breast side up on a rack in a greased roasting pan; cover wings and legs with foil.
- Loosely tent entire bird with foil (do not tuck).
- Bake covered 2 hours, then uncovered 1½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Baste with butter during last hour if desired. Rest 45 minutes before serving; allow extra 20–30 minutes for best slicing.
