Packaged 4-pound seafood boil seasoning formulated for crawfish, crab, and shrimp boils. Use 1 cup of Amplified boil for every gallon of water. Suggested additions: 5 lemons (halved), 5 garlic cloves (halved), 2 onions (halved), bay leaves, and celery. Chef Jason Seither suggests adding frozen corn to aid soaking; sweet potatoes, carrots, oranges, and pineapple may be added for sweet heat.
