These vacuum-stable pistolettes are French-style rolls filled with a spicy crawfish étouffée. Preparation options are provided so you can bake or fry to a golden brown: brush with butter or margarine and bake at 400°F for 12 minutes, or deep fry at 350°F for 5–6 minutes. Each pistolette weighs 3.5 oz.
