Oak Grove Swamp Fire Seafood Boil brings bold, spicy seasoning for boiling and steaming shellfish. This offer contains two 16 oz bags (three 16.72 oz bags noted on package text) designed to flavor seafood boils. Use one pound of Swamp Fire to boil 2 dozen crabs, 12–16 lbs crawfish, or 16–20 lbs shrimp. For extra heat, sprinkle Swamp Fire on shellfish after removing from the cooking liquid. Alternate steaming method: use 4 inches of water with no Swamp Fire, steam crabs or crawfish 10–12 minutes and shrimp 8–10 minutes, or layer seafood and Swamp Fire in a styrofoam ice chest, cover and let stand 12 minutes. Caution: only use styrofoam ice chests, as plastic or other types will warp.
