Thawing
Thaw in refrigerator 24–48 hours for best results. For rapid thaw, place in a clean trash-can liner and submerge in cool water for 6–9 hours.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from bag.
- Add 3/4–1 cup water to pan, place roll skin side down and cover with foil.
- Bake 1 hour 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes. Baste as needed. Internal temperature must reach 165°F.
- Optional: cook in a browning bag for juicier results.
Slicing
Allow to cool 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting and slice.
