Directions
- Keep refrigerated after opening.
- Mix: in a bowl combine 2 cups mix and 7 fl oz water; stir until blended.
- Roll dough to 1/8" thickness on a floured surface; cut into 2-1/4" squares (makes about 2 dozen per 28 oz).
- Fry in 1–2" of oil at 370°F until puffy and light golden; drain well.
- Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and serve hot.
Ingredients include enriched wheat flour, enriched barley flour, milk, buttermilk, salt, sugar and leavening agents.
