Cajun Land Lemon & Celery Boil Infusion is a 5 oz. pouch that brings bright lemon and a hint of celery to your seafood boils. Use during the soaking process: after cooking, shut off the fire, pour the pouch into the pot, and stir gently for one minute. Soak crawfish and crabs for 15–30 minutes and shrimp for 5–10 minutes, tasting periodically until desired flavor is reached. Continue to stir while soaking to avoid overcooking. Cajun Land Boil Infusion Seasoning Mixes are intended to enhance 7–10 gallons of seasoned water. Note that longer soak times create more intense flavor. Ingredients include spices, salt, dextrose, natural lemon flavor, and citric acid.
