Thawing Instructions
When thawing, leave the chicken in the sealed plastic bag. Thaw by either placing in refrigerator approximately 24–48 hours or placing in cold water approximately 1–3 hours.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and remove chicken from bag. For thawed chicken: cover loosely with foil and bake approx. 1½ hours. For frozen chicken: cover tightly with foil and bake approx. 1½ hours, remove foil and bake uncovered for approx. 30 minutes longer. Let rest 10 minutes, remove string and carve.
