Storage & Cooking
Keep product frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator approximately 3 1/2 days prior to roasting (or use the quick-thaw cold water method). Remove plastic bag and roast breast side up at 350°F for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours, basting as desired. Let rest 45 minutes to 1 hour before carving. Follow the included thawing and roasting instructions carefully.
