Oven Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove lid and replace with foil.
- If frozen, bake 1½ hours.
- Carefully remove foil with oven mitt, then bake 1 hour uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 165°F–170°F.
Grill
- Thaw in refrigerator or microwave on defrost setting.
- Prepare grill for indirect cooking with enough coals for 1½ hours.
- Place pan on center of grill and insert a meat thermometer into deepest part of breast.
- Cover and cook about 1½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F–170°F. Add ½ hour per extra chicken.
