- Unit Size: 4.5 lbs. (72 oz.)
- Thaw 24–48 hours in refrigerator for best results
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Browning suggestion: lightly brown to seal in juices, then roast skin side up until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (approx. 2½–3 hours)
- Remove woven treading before serving; slice and serve
