- Use sliced turkey tasso in a tasso, andouille & shrimp jambalaya: brown with oil, add onions, bell pepper, celery, tomato paste and water; stir in andouille, shrimp, green onions and cooked rice.
- Add diced turkey tasso to low fat red beans with turkey sausage: simmer beans with water, then add sausage, tasso, onion and bell pepper and continue cooking until beans are tender.
