Konriko QUICK-COOK BLACK BEAN SOUP Steps: Combine contents of Quick-Cook Black Bean Soup mix and 2-1/2 cups water and 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar (optional) in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil (stir occasionally); reduce heat and cover saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 3 or more. Microwaveable.
