- Conventional oven: Preheat to 400°F. Place pie in pan directly on cookie sheet and bake 20–25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Convection oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place pie in pan directly on cookie sheet and bake 10–12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
