Ten Bean Soup Mix featuring ten varieties of beans and a seasoning packet with Cajun spices. Follow the included directions to prepare a hearty pot of soup or serve the finished beans over rice. For added protein, add the meat of your choice during cooking.

Preparation
Remove seasoning packet from beans. Rinse and drain beans. Place beans in a 4-quart pot and add 10 cups of water. Stir in seasoning packet. Add meat if desired; beef or chicken stock may be substituted for water. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered at a low boil for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring and adding water as necessary, until beans are tender. Serve over rice.
