Cooking directions
- Precook 1 lb. meat of your choice to internal temperature of 165 °F for chicken or 160 °F for sausage. If using seafood, precooking is not required.
- Add meat or seafood to 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Add Cajun Land Gumbo and Rice Entrée Mix, stir well, return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat (add oysters if desired), let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
