Allergen & storage
Allergens: Wheat. Keep product frozen until ready to use.
Thawing
- Refrigerator thaw: remove from box, place in a pan & thaw ~3½ days prior to cooking.
- Quick thaw: leave wrapper on and place in cold water for 6–8 hours.
Cooking
- Remove plastic bag and place thawed bird breast side up in a greased roasting pan; ensure bird does not touch sides.
- Cover legs and wings with foil; loosely tent entire bird with foil (do not tuck).
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake ~3½–4 hours or until skin is golden and internal temperature is reached, basting with butter occasionally.
- Discard foil and allow turducken to rest 45 minutes to 1 hour before transferring and carving.
