A: A 30–35 lb 3XL whole alligator is shipped frozen in an insulated shipping container with dry ice to keep it cold during ground transit. Some or all of the dry ice may dissipate in transit, which is normal. Transfer the alligator to a freezer immediately upon delivery. Ground-shipping availability and transit time depend on the destination.
