Cajun Land Orange Boil Infusion is a 5 oz. pouch crafted to brighten your boil with natural orange oils and Cajun spices. Add the infusion during the soaking stage: once cooking is complete, shut off the fire, pour the pouch into the pot, and stir gently for one minute. Soak crawfish and crabs 15–30 minutes and shrimp 5–10 minutes, tasting periodically until the flavor meets your preference. Stir occasionally while soaking to prevent overcooking. These infusion mixes are formulated to enhance 7–10 gallons of seasoned water. Note that extended soak times increase flavor intensity.
