Cooking Instructions
Obtain at least 160°F before eating.
- Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel. Heat 1 minute on high or to desired level.
- Steam stovetop: Fill pot with ~1/2 inch water. Heat until steam forms, lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat ~2 minutes or until warm. Do not submerge boudin in water.
- BBQ Pit/Grill: Roll link in foil and heat on pit, or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
- Oven or skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
