Thaw in refrigerator 24–48 hours. Preheat oven to 375°F and remove from plastic. Place a pat of butter on each breast and loosely wrap individually in foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake approximately 45–50 minutes. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes, discard butchers twine, carve and serve. Use caution as product will be hot. This item can also be cooked on the grill.
