Cajun Land Liquid Boil — 8 oz Concentrate

Cajun Land Liquid Boil 8 oz is a concentrated, salt-free liquid seasoning derived from natural spice extractives to boost flavor in seafood boils. Use 1½ gallons of water and 10 oz salt with the 8 oz bottle for approximately 12 lbs crawfish, 12 lbs shrimp, or 12 crabs. Bring to a rolling boil, add seafood, Liquid Boil, and salt; gently stir, cover, and return to a boil. Boiling times: shrimp 2–5 minutes, crawfish 5–7 minutes, crabs 10–12 minutes. After cooking, cut off the fire, stir gently, cover, and let seafood soak (shrimp 5–10 minutes; crawfish/crabs 15–30 minutes), stirring occasionally to avoid overcooking. Ingredients include water, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, spice extractives (capsicum, clove, pimento, and bay), citric acid, caramel color, natural lemon flavor, and artificial color.
