Poche's Stuffed Beef Roast (3 1/2 lb)

This stuffed beef roast is presented whole in its original packaging as a ready-to-cook roast. If frozen, thaw before cooking. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove roast from package and place in a pan with 1 inch of water. Cover tightly with foil and bake approximately 20 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. For a browned exterior, uncover during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Remove any netting before serving.
