Tony Chachere's Butter & Herb Rice Dinner Mix is a 7 oz boxed rice mix flavored with butter and Creole herbs. Stove-top: bring 2½ cups water and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine to a boil in a large skillet, add contents, return to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes; gently fluff before serving. Microwave: combine 2½ cups water, contents and 2 tablespoons butter in a microwaveable dish, stir and cover; cook 5 minutes on High, then 20–25 minutes at 50% power, let stand covered 5 minutes and stir.
