White Beans & Rice Soup
Sauté 1 medium chopped onion, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce and ¼ lb chopped ham in a saucepan. Add the contents of the White Beans & Rice package and 3 cans (10¾ oz each) chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes. Stir in ¼ cup chopped green onions, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
