- One bag seasons approximately 40–50 lbs crawfish, 48 lbs shrimp, or one hamper of crabs using about 7 gallons of water.
How to use
Fill pot with ~7 gallons of water, bring to a rolling boil, add seasoning, add seafood, return to boil and cook per the chart. Turn off heat, stir gently, and allow to soak until desired flavor is reached. Longer soak yields deeper flavor.
Ingredients: Salt, red pepper, dextrose, spices, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, paprika, natural flavors, and artificial color.
