Usage and Ratios
- 128 oz (1 gallon): use 24 gallons water, 160 oz salt, and 192 lbs seafood (crawfish, shrimp, or crabs).
- 16 oz: use 3 gallons water, 20 oz salt, and 24 lbs seafood.
- 8 oz: use 1½ gallons water, 10 oz salt, and 12 lbs seafood.
- 4 oz: use ¾ gallon water, 5 oz salt, and 6 lbs seafood.
Boil & Soak
Bring water to a rolling boil, add seafood, Cajun Land Liquid Crab Boil, and salt. Gently stir, cover, return to boil and cook: Shrimp 2–5 minutes; Crawfish 5–7 minutes; Crabs 10–12 minutes. Turn off heat, stir gently and soak: Shrimp 5–10 minutes; Crawfish 15–30 minutes; Crabs 15–30 minutes. For extra flavor, add to Complete Powdered Boil during soak.
