Cooking Directions
- Clean and wash fish in ice cold water. Remove excess moisture before breading to reduce splashing and popping during frying.
- Thoroughly coat fish on all sides with Cajun Land Seasoned Fish Fry.
- Place in oil at 375° F and cook until golden brown on all sides and fish reaches an internal temperature of 145° F.
Helpful Hints
- For a crispier coating, dip fish in a mixture of two beaten eggs and 1 cup milk, or use a dairy-free STICKEM product.
- Bread only the fish you intend to fry immediately.
