Cooking Instructions

Obtain at least 160°F before eating.

• Bake: Preheat oven to 300°F. Place links on an oiled cookie sheet for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes for a crispy skin.
• Steam cooker: Place links in a rice cooker with a little water to cover the bottom. Heat 3–5 minutes on Cook, then change to Warm. Ready in 10–15 minutes; let cool briefly before slicing.
• Microwave: Wrap one link in a damp paper towel. Heat 1 minute on high or to desired heat.
• Steam on stovetop: Fill pot with ~1/2 inch water. Heat until steam forms, lower heat, place boudin in pot, cover and heat ~2 minutes or until warm. Do not submerge in water.
• BBQ Pit/Grill: Roll in foil or place directly on grill until casing is crisp.
• Oven or skillet: Heat slowly until skin becomes crisp.
