• Iced Cooler: Combine 4 cups hot double-strength brewed Community Coffee with 1 pint flavored coffee creamer, cover and chill. To serve, fill chilled 20-oz. mugs half full, add 1–2 scoops premium vanilla ice cream, top with more coffee and garnish with whipped cream.
• Frozen Cajun Pie: 1 chocolate cookie crumb pie crust; combine 1 cup whipping cream, 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup strong, cold Community Coffee and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat until thick, fold in crushed candy, pour into crust, garnish and freeze.

Substitutions

For the Iced Cooler, skim milk can substitute creamer; flavored ice cream or yogurt may replace vanilla ice cream.
