Crafted from pork shoulder, rib trimmings, pork loin and pork ham and stuffed in natural casings, the sausage absorbs traditional smoke flavor during production. Prepared and packaged at the Stonewall, LA facility, these sausages are ready to serve right from the package, or may be heated in the microwave or grilled.
