Oven Directions
Thaw in refrigerator for 24–48 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Remove plastic bag. Place a pat of butter on each breast and loosely wrap each breast separately in foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake approximately 45–50 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Discard butcher’s twine. Carve and serve.
