Thaw and cook
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24–48 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove plastic bag and place a pat of butter on each breast.
- Loosely wrap each breast separately in foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake approximately 45–50 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes; discard butchers twine. Use caution as product will be hot.
Serves
Two whole breasts per pack; hand trimmed and seasoned.
