Preparation & Storage
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator about 24 hours prior to cooking, or quick-thaw in cold water 6–8 hours with wrapper on. Remove plastic bag, keep netting, place in roasting pan, preheat oven to 350°F, cover and bake ~2 hours; remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes until golden. Internal temperature must reach 165°F. Let stand 10–15 minutes, remove netting, carve and serve.
